Postage Information
A pinch of hair or a teaspoon of ashes per item is all that we require. place into a well sealed bag then into an envelope.
- for breast milk we will need 20ml of milk in a very well sealed bag to prevent leaks. We recommend using your breast milk storage bags in a cardboard envelope. Breast milk does not need to be fresh, it can be frozen but please note unused milk will not be returned so do only send the required amount.
Write your name on a note inside so we know who has sent the order. Include your return address on the back of the envelope in case of non delivery it can make its way back to you.

Alternatively, you can purchase one of our
which comes in a return box and contains everything you need to send your inclusions and a pre labelled envelope to safely return back to us.
Add a LARGE LETTER stamp or send via the post office to be signed for (recommended) - posting address will be provided after checkout via email - any additional charges incurred due to incorrect posting stamp applied will be billed to yourself so please make sure you have posted correctly.

Local orders can be collected by yourself from the NE28 postcode - address to be provided on your order confirmation email. You are also invited to personally bring your inclusions to me by appointment if you so wish. Please understand I do not keep stock here to view, all items can be viewed here on the website. However, colours can be viewed in person
